Sometimes you can just throw money at a problem (we prefer to think of ourselves as an opportunity, but the saying says problem). But sometimes you don't have money, but what you do have is a really sweet tiller, or power compactor, or you name a useful tool or piece of equipment that might make the Woolly Bike Club better looking for a new home.
